To download selected pages of a document
1. To download selected pages of a document, first ensure you know the exact range of pages you want to save
2. Clcik on the cog in the upper right-hand corner and select Print
3. In the Pages to print dialogue box that appears, set the appropriate page range to be downloaded
4. Either check or uncheck Include annotations based on whether or not you want the pages to download with the Avantis hit highlighting retained or not
a. If you want hit highlights to be displayed in your downloaded document, make sure there is a checkmark in the Include annotations checkbox
b. If you don’t want hit highlights to be displayed in your downloaded document, make sure there is no checkmark in the Include annotations checkbox
5. Choose High in the Print Quality field
6. Click on Print
7. In the Print dialogue box that appears, select Save as PDF in the Destination field
8. Click Save
9. Name the file under File Name
10. Click Save
