Search term suggestions from your previous searches

Avantis hosts a robust collection of all your previously searched full text search terms as a Quick History in the full text search box in both the Search Pane and the Document Viewer.  This is distinct from the Search History, which contains full text searches along with the criteria that was run with each search.  To learn about Search History, please see How to Access Your Search History .   See below to learn about type Search Term Quick History.

To use Type Ahead Search Term Quick History

1.      Remove any text in the full text search box of either your search pane or your document viewer

2.      You will be presented with a list of all full text search language ever run on this account

3.      To filter to searches containing a particular term, simply type the term in question and your list will filter on the fly

4.      Select the best matched search for your needs and it will be searched
